What we collect

Your name, email address, country, WhatsApp number, profile photo and bio. We also record purchases, wallet transactions and downloads so your library and balance stay accurate, and we log activity such as sign-ins for security. Printed-copy requests include your delivery name, phone number, city, address and the quoted order details.

How we use it

• To operate your account, library and wallet.
• To verify wallet top-ups you submit.
• To deliver the files you purchase.
• To credit authors their share of each sale.
• To detect fraud and keep the platform secure.
• To show books offered in your country and handle Pakistan printed-copy requests.

Payment information

We do not process card payments and never ask for card details. Wallet top-ups are made through Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer or USDT. Any payment reference or screenshot you submit is used solely to verify that payment and is visible only to platform administrators.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email address or purchase history with other users or with advertisers.

AI assistant and country detection

If you use the QuickRead assistant, your question and limited public site information are sent to Google Gemini to generate an answer. QuickRead does not save chat transcripts. Please do not enter passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. We suggest a country using a country code supplied by our edge network or a geolocation service based on your IP address; you can change your saved country in your account settings.

Your controls

You can update your profile and change your password at any time from your account settings. Contact support to request a copy of your data or the deletion of your account, subject to records we must keep for accounting.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a small preference cookie to remember your chosen display currency. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
